Payment

Payment is made via debit or credit card processed by Stripe’s secure server. Alternatively you may also pay using PayPal secure payment gateway. Customer’s credit card details are not stored or processed by this website.

Goods are released on receipt of cleared funds.

Delivery

I print to order. Delivery is usually completed within 7-14 working days for UK mainland and 7-28 days elsewhere. Should your order does not arrive for any reason please contact us by email studio@stevetristram.co.uk with your order number. Tracking numbers are supplied for overseas orders.

Returns Policy

We guarantee that all merchandise bought is of the highest standard. Should you not be completely satisfied with your product please return it in original condition within 14 days for a full refund. This does not affect your statutory rights.
